As President, Brad is responsible for the vision and execution of the game plan with establishing corporate strategic initiatives and the driving force behind its continued success in the marketplace.

He became an entrepreneur at an early age and has founded and owned a variety of successful businesses. Brad founded PAYDAY in 1996 to fill a much needed void in the marketplace; a provision for quality payroll services to the small to medium sized businesses. Prior to PAYDAY he operated various enterprises in the manufacturing and service industry.

Brad proudly lives in Long Beach, CA. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from California State University, Long Beach in 1988.

Jessica Liu Director of Operations

Foodie, Photographer, Party Planner

As Director of Operations, Jessica oversees the day-to-day operations for payroll, human resources, tax, finance and client affairs. She also plays an active role in formulating corporate strategy and developing client programs.

Jessica joined PAYDAY in 2004, and quickly advanced to Development Coordinator in 2006, when she took charge of Human Resources. She was promoted to Director of Operations in September, 2011.

Jessica strongly believes that a company’s success begins with its people. She strives to build a team encompassing excellence and professionalism, and to play a large role in developing the staff on an ongoing basis. Her passion for strong client relationships drives her in ensuring that clients receive the highest level of personal service and the best products in the industry.

Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Azusa Pacific University. She lives in Fullerton with her husband, where they enjoy being outdoors, traveling and experiencing a variety of cuisines.
