As President, Brad is responsible for the vision and execution of the game plan with establishing corporate strategic initiatives and the driving force behind its continued success in the marketplace.
He became an entrepreneur at an early age and has founded and owned a variety of successful businesses. Brad founded PAYDAY in 1996 to fill a much needed void in the marketplace; a provision for quality payroll services to the small to medium sized businesses. Prior to PAYDAY he operated various enterprises in the manufacturing and service industry.
Brad proudly lives in Huntington Beach, CA. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from California State University, Long Beach in 1988.

As a Partner at PAYDAY Workforce Solutions of Arizona, Ryan oversees all broker marketing and direct sales efforts in the Phoenix, Tucson, and Las Vegas markets. He works closely with new and existing referral partners to assist in retaining, growing and protecting their client base through PAYDAY’s HCM solution, iSolved, and has developed customized marketing programs for the restaurant, bar, and franchise industries.
Ryan launched the PAYDAY Arizona office in late 2018 after a successful five year stint as Director of Strategic Relationships at iSolved HCM. During this time, he managed a business development team as well as national and regional partnerships all over the United States to help make iSolved HCM the powerhouse they have become in the human capital management software marketplace. Ryan started his career in early 1999 as a direct sales representative for Oxford Health Plans, and proceeded to spend over 14 years in the New York and New Jersey employee benefits market.
Ryan resides in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Communications from CW Post University in Long Island, New York. On most weekends, you can catch him grilling with friends and family as well as watching his beloved NY Rangers, NY Yankees, and lowly Miami Dolphins…don't ask.

As Director of Sales, Brian oversees the day-to-day sales operations for the company. His team covers all of Southern California with presence in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties. He also plays an active role in formulating corporate strategy and Marketing programs.
Brian joined PAYDAY in 2016, coming from the Software sales space. He also has experience both as a Senior Sales Consultant, and as a Sales Manager from a Fortune 500 payroll company.
A key element of the sales team philosophy is to help solve client’s problems. The team sees themselves as consultants first and foremost. They strive to understand a clients’ needs and unique situation, and then suggest improvements, including technology to help streamline administrative processes for Benefits Administration, Human Resources, and Payroll.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Cal State Fullerton. He loves his dogs, a cold craft beer, and on most weekends can be spotted riding his Harley.

Tera is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of various departments including Human Resources, Benefits, and Time & Attendance Implementation. She joined the PAYDAY team in 2016 and, since then, has held various positions within the company which has naturally led her to overseeing multiple departments.
Her background is in Human Resources, a key element as to why Tera is able to empathize with businesses and communicate needs and ideas in order to avoid HR pitfalls. She also has experience in the areas of employee benefits and customer service.
Tera holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University San Bernardino. Tera loves exploring the world, blogging about different topics, and during baseball season, you can catch her watching the Dodgers.

As the Operations Manager, Craig oversees the day-to-day activities of the Payroll, Tax, Cash Management, and Implementation departments. He ensures that the operations of his teams run smoothly while mitigating challenges when they arise, especially during critical times including quarter and year-end. With service as the driving force, he leads his teams to reach a level of adeptness and independence to ensure they are always providing a world-class experience for clients.
With a plethora of experience from a previous payroll company, Craig joined the PAYDAY team in January of 2016. He has over 30 years of experience with PEO’s, payroll, tax, and providing awesome client service!
Craig completed his education at the University of La Verne where he studied Organizational Management. He loves his feline kids, traveling to all parts of the world, and retreats to Palm Springs as much as possible.

As Payroll Supervisor, Nick oversees the Account Managers and Distribution Department’s day-to-day operations. He ensures that his team is committed and consistent to a company slogan that has been around the company for a while: “Modern Technology. Old Fashioned Service.” With PAYDAY’s robust human capital management software system, the Account Managers have indeed shifted from more than just payroll processors to PAYDAY’s clients – they are consultants. Nick ensures his team is equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide that support with pride.
Nick joined the PAYDAY team in 2017 as a Team Lead for the Account Managers and has been in the payroll customer support field for over 10 years. His previous roles include Senior Payroll Specialist and PHRS Payroll Specialist with a Fortune 500 payroll company.
Nick attended Rider University in New Jersey. In his spare time, Nick can be found watching soccer, playing softball, and being around his cats – Lala and Picasso.
